I. Summary

**********************************************************************

I am hoping that one day soon I can stop saying this, but this month was crazy…   Many of the archival team have had real life occurrences that have caused them to step away from things so trying to figure out who will be able to commit and reassigning/arranging the workload to the remaining team members was a challenge.   The back prestige for the DC’s has been trickling in which has created its own set of issues.

**********************************************************************

II. Questions & Answers

**********************************************************************

How many licks to the center of a tootsie roll pop?

**********************************************************************

III. Projects

**********************************************************************

-Archiving all Reports for the South Central

-Ensuring that all DC’s have been awarded proper prestige from pre-June 2007

-Establishing a relationship with the DC’s so that I am sent monthly prestige updates for each DC so it can be accurately reported each month.

-Preparing records/staff for my move

IV. Problems & Issues

**********************************************************************

None…

V. Prestige Recommendations

**********************************************************************

**NOTE**  I do understand that these recommendations are on the high end for a Special Project Team, but these individuals have done everything I have asked them to do and a bunch of stuff I haven’t asked them to do but they have just taken it upon themselves.   This is by far the most productive month we have had.

David Lanning – US2006108797

30R – Prestige Archival Team

30R – Exceptional Service – Tackled additional workload above what I had asked and completed more than 100% on top of what I had hoped for.

Shane Wells – US2002021612

III. Projects

**********************************************************************

It is my intention to bug the other ARC/ST folks until they give me stuff for the newsletter. I am also going to be more active in soliciting submissions. I got a TON of great stuff at the start and used what I had as needed them but I have run out of stuff.

Lack of submissions; but this rests squarely on MY shoulders.

I will be getting much more active in soliciting submissions.

ARC: Reporting – G. Gibeson

ARC Reports June 2007:

Special thanks to:

Robert Martinez US2003122686 and David Brown US2004041366 for being the first chapter and domain coordinators respectively to report for the June cycle.

This is the worst reporting cycle so far.  6 Units failed to report.

Coordinators please note this opportunity to get some additional regional prestige:

Starting on the next reporting cycle, if we as a region can *all* get our Chapter/Domain reports in *on time –or- early*, our fearless leader Howell-zilla has authorized me to give 5 R Exceptional service prestige.

Additionally, if we *all* get our reports in *early*, that goes up to 10 R Exceptional service prestige!

Consider these to be one time thank you prizes from Howie and I to encourage early reporting, this offer lasts until the prizes are claimed.

If we can show ourselves able to consistently maintain 100% on time reporting, I will see what else I can talk him into to reward the effort.

III. Questions & Answers

**********************************************************************

QUESTIONS FOR NATIONAL:

None

QUESTIONS ANSWERED BY REGIONAL:

AR-013-I, 06/2007, Chapter Status Report

Problems/Suggestion s/Comments:   Member Ryan Moore has been our CST for the last few months and I know that he has been doing his report but all that has been coming down is 10G. should he not be getting more. If so I need to know so I can back date it for him.

Answer: Please contact Robert Martinez – arstadmin@camscr.org . Please make sure a copy of the reports are getting to him. He will also make sure your VST is on the appropriate lists.

LA-003-D, 06/2007, Blood, Fire, and Fidelity Domain Status Report

Current projects: We are trudging onward towards the Bed & Breakfast game in July.   Jessica Earl, Sarah Donivan, and Michelle Whiteley have been amazing with regards to this.  This has pretty much eaten up all of our time!

Problems:

Josh Todd, US2006037510, had his membership renewed by Benjamin Lanigan, US2007029416, last month.   However, the renewal is not showing in the CRD.  I am in the process of getting into contact with both members to try to figure out what went wrong and get proof of renewal. Update: Josh Todd appeared in my membership list last week.   I have no idea how he got there.  Do I still need to go through the transfer process with him?

Answer: Where was Mr. Todd’s last place of membership? If it was not Shreveport, then, yes, a transfer will need to be done. Please contact me at cam.scrc@gmail.com with the details.
