I. Summary

—————————————————————————————

Not too much out of the ordinary. I’ve been directing email traffic to the

appropriate people. The first half of March was spent on SCARE prep, and

the second half on SCARE recovery.

============================================

II. Q&A, Suggestions, or Comments

—————————————————————————————

I ask that anyone contacting the Regional Coordinator Staff, CC me on the

email. This allows me to keep tabs on current events, which in turn helps

to ensure that action items are being handled by the appropriate staff

member..

============================================

III. Projects

—————————————————————————————

I plan to begin compiling Regional information on Disciplinary Actions, for

the National records.

This project will begin soon. If you have Disciplinary actions that were

not included in the report sent to the coordinator reports list, please

email them to me.

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to make phone calls and such to stay in contact

with many of the DC’s like I normally do this month. I talked to many in

the course of the month, but wasn’t really able to initiate contact like

normal. This should be better next period. (I like to make contact between

when the DC report is filed, and when the RC report is distributed.

ARC: Special Projects – Bert Sanders

Fairly busy month as worked on getting several elections finished up earlier

in the month. Worked to get the domain split for BR/NO settled and the DC’s

in place. Several elections finished and DC’s updated in the CRD. Last full

month with me doing elections as stepping back to let someone else step up

and get some regional experience through the position. Howie has asked me to

stay on as special projects though so will still be around.

Elections:

Beaumont election: Shelly Welch is the Dc

New Orleans is now done with Glenn winning that Dc election

Went through the CRD for the region and pulled up every officer and

assistant to check for expired members in positions, officers that have not

yet taken the required ordeals as well as check on assistants to see what

assistants have taken the ordeals that their parent office required. For the

assistants it is more of for a suggestion on ordeals to take to better do

their jobs but at this point not set as a requirement by the RC except for

the ARC positions. Info was also sent to the RST to help check with the ST

side as well.

Post SCaRE Feedback Survey –

Originally, I was just going to put out a feedback survey for my dept, but

due to request and need, the Education dept put out a feedback survey for

the entire post con. It should be view as post con feedback, and due to

upgrading my membership to survey monkey, I will be able to share the data

much more easily and quickly.

End of Quarter One – Membership Kit Update

– Everything is in place and I would say this is about 95% done. I just need

to be able to sit down at the computer and fill in the data. This should be

out by the end of the month at the absolute very latest, but more likely

within the next week. I would rather take a little more time and have it

quality then meet a deadline, as important as the deadlines are to me.

Beginning of Quarter Two – Roleplaying Kit –

We have begun talking and have laid outline on the role-playing kit. The

survey was taken by the SC region some month ago. As soon as the membership

kit is updated and in place, this is the next project to tackle. Meet your

members on this team: Shelley Welch, Glen Davis, and Eric Chronister!!

**********************************************************************

IV. Problems & Issues

**********************************************************************

I am running into some health issues with my migraines. I have to make some

life changing physical, dietary, and personal decisions. I ask for your

patience and for you to bear with me for a couple of months until my new

meds kick in and my body adjusts so I can see what I can and cannot handle.

Ernie Ramos III has some school supplies he gave either Teresa Fiveash or

Bert Sanders I need to collect in order to give him prestige for the Supply

Drive.

ARC Reports March 2007: Glenn Gibeson

Special thanks to:

Scott McGrath, TX-013-C and First Domain report, David Brown, OK-005-D.

For being the first chapter and domain coordinators respectively to report

for the March cycle.

Once again we have nearly perfect reporting this month, with only 2 “Late”

report and all active units reporting at the time of this report. This

falls just short of the exceptional service bonus I have in place to reward

regional reporting. Coordinators please note this opportunity to get some

additional regional prestige. Starting on the next reporting cycle, if we as

a region can *all* get our Chapter/Domain reports in *on time –or- early*,

our fearless leader Howell-zilla has authorized me to give 5 R Exceptional

service prestige. Additionally, if we *all* get our reports in *early*, that

goes up to 10 R Exceptional service prestige!

Consider these to be one time thank you prizes from Howie and I to encourage

early reporting, this offer lasts until the prizes are claimed. If we can

show ourselves able to consistently maintain 100% on time reporting, I will

see what else I can talk him into to reward the effort.

**********************************************************************

III. Questions & Answers

**********************************************************************

QUESTIONS FOR NATIONAL:

None:

QUESTIONS ANSWERED BY REGIONAL:

: Question:

TX-014, 03/2007, Dark Sovereigns Chapter Status Report

Questions:

I have been unsubscribed from the us-sc-coord list for “bouncing” emails. None

of my other Cam subscriptions (including us-sc-reports) seem to have this

problem, and my email inbox is definitely not full. Has anyone else

experienced this, and should I just try to resubscribe?

Answer: Send the email address you want on the list to me at

cam.scrc at gmail.com. I will get you added.

OK-010-D, 03-2007, Eternal Midnight, Domain, Status Report

Questions: We have alot (99%) of our members were not getting there

prestiege reported. This is a huge problem. I am personaly overseeing that

everyone gets there info into the CRD by the end of the month. But with this

large of a group to play catchup with i want to make sure that there are not

any other problems that i’m going to be running into. Please inform me as to

what i’m to be expecting once this is done.

Answer: As last month, “Happy times!! When you get everyone’s prestige into

the CRD, your domain will be ahead of the curve.”

TX-066-D, 03/2007, Structured Dreams, Domain Status Report

Problems:

(1) The Domain of Structured Dreams and its members participated in the

regional charity Clothing Drive last month. No prestige was given out for

the drive as no report came in from the ARC for last month. We’re just

making sure that we aren’t lost in the shuffle for this month. Thank you.

Response: You are welcome. Please contact Adam Tomplait about the missing

prestige.

(2) Backdated a lot of prestige for Kai Felton that had not made it into the

reports for 4winds before his transfer to Huntsville. Not really a problem,

but placing it here as a footnote for the staff.

Response: Noted.

LA-003-D, 03/2007, Blood, Fire, and Fidelity Domain Status Report

Problems:

1) Rachel Lofton, US2005106749, has had her membership renewed since

mid-March. I have seen the email she got that confirmed her renewal. But

although she is renewed on her White Wolf profile (at www.white-wolf.com),

her new expiration date has not carried over to the CRD. She tried to place

a bug ticket for several days, but was unable to get a password back from

the Mantis system. I placed a bug ticket on the Mantis system on 03/29/2007

but I have not yet heard ANYTHING back from the staff. The ticket has not

even been assigned or looked at or even had comments on it. I would

appreciate it if someone could look into this?

Resolution: Membership information updated. Current expiration date is April

20, 2008.

Questions:

1) Still have not heard back on the LA-001-D issue. I have members asking

me questions, including my DST, as to Jwhat is going to happen. I would

appreciate an update.

Answer: I am working with the members that are responding. Any time we talk

about changing the status of a domain, it is a very serious project. It

should be resolved by next month’s report.

2) With regard to Josh Todd’s (US2006037510) transfer, am I the person who

has to write the email to you or do I need to get Josh to do it?

Answer: Josh Todd needs to send the requesting email. He will need to copy

his current coordinator chain and the chain of the chapter/domain he is

going to transfer into.
