============================================

I. Summary

—————————————————————————————

Not too much out of the ordinary. I’ve been directing email traffic to the

appropriate people. Mostly I’ve been running around like a chicken with my

head cut off trying to get things organized with the Hotel for SCARE.

============================================

II. Q&A, Suggestions, or Comments

—————————————————————————————

I ask that anyone contacting the Regional Coordinator Staff, CC me on the

email. This allows me to keep tabs on current events, which in turn helps

to ensure that action items are being handled by the appropriate staff

member..

============================================

III. Projects

—————————————————————————————

SCARE! YOU! VOLUNTEER!

I got permission from Bert Sanders to run the DC election for Stillwater

myself, since it is my home Domain, and I wasn’t running for re-election.

Joshua Hinkle is the new DC of OK-011-D

I would like to assist in the compiling of past Regional prestige awards for

easier reference in the future.

I also plan to begin compiling Regional information on Disciplinary Actions,

for the National records.

ARC Reporting – G. Gibeson

ARC Reports February 2007:

I am pleased to report that we got nearly perfect reporting this month, with

only 2 “Late” reports listed at the time of this report. So sad to fall

short of perfection. . .

Coordinators please note this opportunity to get some additional regional

prestige:

Starting on the next reporting cycle, if we as a region can **all** get our

Chapter/Domain reports in **on time –or- early**, our fearless leader

Howell-zilla has authorized me to give *5 R Exceptional service

prestige. *Additionally,

if we **all** get our reports in **early**, that goes up to *10 R

Exceptional service prestige!*

Consider these to be one time thank you prizes from Howie and I to encourage

early reporting, this offer lasts until the prizes are claimed.

If we can show ourselves able to consistently maintain 100% on time

reporting, I will see what else I can talk him into to reward the effort.

Special thanks to:

Eric Chronister CC of OK-012-I and David Brown DC of OK-005-D for being the

first chapter and domain coordinators respectively to report for the

February cycle.

VI. Prestige Log Audits – See Member Class Awards, Part XI

Comments: I don’t know how to recommend that a Coordinator has done their

job exceedingly well, but I have a DC that has been working with me that is

doing an exemplary job. I feel it would be nice for regional to award good

behavior of DCs, not just reporting, with some exceptional service award

prestige for doing a good job, when we see it of course. In this vein, I

would like to recommend Kim Wallach for 10 R exceptional services on top of

her normal DC award for doing an exceptional job.

ARC: Special Projects and Elections – Bert Sanders

This is a brief report as I am rushing to get this in after getting

elections kicked off as I am about to head out the door for Greece for the

next week or so.

Elections:

In vote phase for the DC elections of Silent Redemption, New Orleans, Baton

Rouge and Desert Moon. Also the CC election for forest of iron.

On special projects suggestion made to see about getting us a laminator and

working to create official MC cards for the 9-11 members of the region

before the large con season starts.

Other than that most done for month though looking to take on an assistant

after scare who is wanting to take over elections as after 2 years want to

let someone else learn and take over and have a shot at a fairly easy to

manage regional position.

little time for else. Action Item: Make an post SCaRE agenda for the 2nd

quarter.

Glen Davis has moved, so is getting settled in. As a result, all editing of

SCaRE seminar material has been done by Shelley and myself, and any required

handouts that haven’t been done have been completed by myself. Action Item:

As soon as SCaRE is over and Glen is settled in, the new training

documentation must be archived for future use.

for the June slot. I passed it back for a few minor changes, and I’m

waiting for the changes to come back before I approve it.

SCaRE-

SCaRE has been running smoothly. We had two meeting since my last report,

and both went very well. I think that the leads have finally come together

as a team and will be pulling off an awesome event.

QUESTIONS FOR NATIONAL:*

Sable Rose, TX-013-C, San Antonio, Texas -2007/02

Tom Trinkle Was NST Germany from Venue Start for at least one year. We are

unable to acquire his log. Kevin Tucker was an assistant to the NST Germany

for at least one year we are unable to acquire his log. I am able to verify

the Service of both Tom Trinkle and Kevin Tucker.

*

HOWIE’S NOTE:* Wes, how do we handle this? I don’t have any requests to

transfer on my desk. Did this get held up somewhere? They say this is the

third month, but this is the first time I remember it.

*QUESTIONS ANSWERED BY REGIONAL:*

: Question:

LA-003-D, 02/2007, Blood, Fire, and Fidelity

Problems: I have not been able to get a response from Josh Todd’s

(US2006037510T) previous Coordinator Staff in Florida. I’ve tried emailing

them and the coordinator list to no avail.

Answer: I have not received a transfer request on this. Please send it to *

cam.scrc at gmail.com* to get the ball rolling.

OK-005-D, 03-2007, Immortalis Saltatio

Problems: Loss of Domain property; Books and Tiki torches, which has not

been returned.

Answer: Please contact me privately at

*cam.scrc at gmail.com*to further elaborate upon

this.

OK-010-D, 02-2007, Eternal Midnight

Questions: We have alot (99%) of our members were not getting there

prestiege reported. This is a huge problem. I am personaly overseeing that

everyone gets there info into the CRD by the end of the month. But with this

large of a group to play catchup with i want to make sure that there are not

any other problems that i’m going to be running into. Please inform me as to

what i’m to be expecting once this is done.

Answer: Happy times!! When you get everyone’s prestige into the CRD, your

domain will be ahead of the curve.

TX 059-D 02/2007 Civitas de Immortalis

Questions:

What is the current standing of disciplinary actions from this domain (TX

059-D) at the regional level? Several members donated to the Toys for Tots

drive in December and no one in San Antonio has been mentioned on the

regional report. Rebecca Morgan informed me that she has sent the report in

once more. Could I have verification that it has been received and

recommendations will be addressed?

Answers: Questions about disciplinary actions cannot be discussed in an open

forum. Please send your questions, with the pertinent information, to me at

cam.scrc at gmail.com

TX-061-D 2/2007, Buried Hatchets

Problems:

— I’ve had several members renew but have not been able to have the WW

database recognize this.

— Ron Loupe purchased a full year membership but it has not been reflected

on the CRD (US2006027342T)

Answer: Please contact Brent Cerrato at

*camarilla.nta at gmail.com*<camarilla.nta at gmail.com>if the linking

process on the White Wolf website has not worked.

TX-065-D Feb 07 Austin TX

UNANSERED FROM LAST REPORT: Are there regional resources that we can use,

such as prepared fliers that we can use for recruitment?

Answer: I apologize for missing this one. We are working with National as

well as having regional contests for recruitment posters, flyers, etc.

Please contact Teresa Fiveash at *scarccomm at gmail.com*

for

more details.

TX-066-D, 02/2007, Structured Dreams

Problems:

(1) As stated I was installed into office last February 2006, which means

there should be a DC election pending for Huntsville, Texas TX-066 we’d love

to hear back from regional on getting an election started. This may be a

part of the CRD error that has no DC listed for Structured Dreams, and has

strangely my dates of office being from 5/2006 to 12/2006 which is incorrect

according to the Prestige Reports and my memory.

Answer: Please contact Bert Sanders at

*fgsanders at gmail.com*to get the election process

started. Once he is on your local list, he will

get the ball rolling.

4. FINANCIALS

*

Event site was pre-payed by Bert Sanders and Michael (MJ) Jackson. Cash

income at check-in totalled $290 with 24 attendants and two full comps for

immense cash donations to the event. Pre-registration site fees collected

via pay-pal totalled $120. Auction total was $180 and will be mailed to MJ

via money order from purchaser. MJ will acess the paypal account and send

Bert Sanders $30 of the paypal money. The cash income has been converted to

money order and has been sent to Bert. MJ will keep the remaining $90 from

pay pal and the $180 from the auction to reimburse him for his pre-payment.

As far as ballance, we did not quite break even, but did well considering

the lack of advertisement prior to the event.

Income :

Cash Check In – $290

Paypal Pre-Reg – $120

Auction – $180

Total Income – $590

*

5. CHARITY

*

I think everyone was either broke or distracted because people just did not

participate in charities at this event. The only donations were as follows:

Rebecca Morgan, US2006037575

Meals on Wheels Donations – (25 R)

Canned Goods x 5

Boxed Goods x 10

Toys for Tots – (12 R)

Boxed Puzzles x4

Cody Beitel, US2005085913

Meals on Wheels Donations – (25 R)

Canned Goods x 5

Boxed Goods x 10

6. COMMENTS AND QUESTIONS

*

Question:

1 – Will these people be elligible for regional prestige (other than charity

donations)? Everyone put a lot of work into the event and I was hoping to

request that at least a portion of the prestige offer be regional prestige.

Comments:

1 – The only major problem we encountered was that the event did not have

coordiantor support early enough in the preparation of the event. I would

suggest that a coordinator be dragted as soon as possible for next year’s

event. People have show interest in seeing Howl run again next year and I

know we can get a better turn out with early and frequent info spamming ;).

2 – This event was approved by our wonderful RST for 3 overcap XP for one

character that you played at the event. The character listing is included

above and MJ has already announced the overcap on the sc-region list.

*

3- Last but not least, I would very much like to recommend over-cap prestige

for the st staff of this event. (MJ, Jae, Jon and Cody) They worked very

hard planning this event many months out meeting weekly at minimum and

spending many hours discussion and planning. I believe they went above and

beyond in their efforts to bring Howl at the Moon back to the SC-region.*
