Questions/Problems:

1) Edited

2)TXD11 General restructuring and re-organization of

Domain currently

under way as per Regional level suggestions.

Answer: With reports coming in this month from all

chapters and the

domain, you will be on track towards getting your

domain and chapters

back to the green.

3) OK00? Fair Escape Question from Regional: Is this

your first month

reporting as a new chapter? And are you an indy

chapter or are you

forming part of a new domain or as part of OK-D01?

4) AR006 I have decided to let people donate to any

charity they wish as long as it is a Little Rock

Community type charity. They must bring me the

receipt saying they have donated items and they must

put it under the organization’s name rather than

theirs. This creates less stress for all of us and it

encourages people to help our community.

If this is wrong just tell me and I will go back to

the old way.

Answer: If people are individually donating to

charity, then they cannot receive prestige. It might

be better for the chapter (and or domain) to pick

several charity organizations and have ongoing charity

drives.

People are still constrained by the monthly cap of 50,

but you have more diversity, and you achieve the same

aims. The idea is for the

Camarilla community to show as a community charitable

contributions to their local areas by allowing folks

to donate as individuals than as a group, it becomes

an individual effort, while altruistic not prestige

worthy.

You could as examples: get a group to go donate blood

every 6 weeks, pick a local animal shelter to donate

food to, a local school to donate supplies to, a local

homeless shelter or charitable group like Goodwill to

donate food/needed items to, or adopt a Zoo animal as

ideas.

5) AR006 I have dropped the following people from my

report:David

Benedetto, Lauren Prigmore, Tommy Redd, Ashley Kohl

(Scoggins), Chad

Brown, Michael Card and Nicholas Kappel (Michael and

Nicholas may have a Camarilla number but I have yet to

receive it, if they do produce one

I will add them back to the report next month). I am

going back and rebuilding several prestige logs due to

problems with past coordinators loosing reports or

just not adding numbers correctly. Members were

told/assumed that the coordinator would keep up with

their prestige.

Soon as I go over with them on how to keep a log they

will be keeping their own.

So because of these errors made in the past there may

be some differences in the past report’s prestige

totals and the new report’s prestige totals. If there

are any questions then just email me.

Answer: Please make very sure that members know that

prestige is their responsibility first and they should

keep a prestige log that itemizes general, regional,

national by month listed by category with each

individual items listed (even overcap should be listed

although only the total to the cap can be counted

towards the prestige totals for the purposes of

audits). EX: September 2002 Organizational Support:

Attend Chapter meeting 5, Securing a game site 15,

Administrative: CC 40.

6) AR006 I announced that yelling at a game out of

character (in anger or to get someone’s attention)

would be punished. This is because it has been a

problem and causing a lot of headaches for me as well

as most of the people in the chapter.

Answer: You are well within your rights as the CC (and

the CST with your permission) to send players home

that disrupt a game. If a person continues to be a

disruption you may have to have the CST dock them exp,

dock them prestige, or suspend them depending on the

number of times and seriousness of the disruption.

7) AR006 I am to understand that anyone who took the

ordeals before

1999 does not have a record of ever taking it. Is

this true? Will they need to take the ordeals over

again sometime or what?

Answer: I thought there was record of the old ordeals

someplace. List the people who don’t have

certificates in your report and perhaps national can

verify for you.

8) Edited

9) AR008 OK, apparently the last CC never sent in a

report, and she can’t produce any reports for me to

look through, so I am keeping only prestige that was

reported up to the last report, which was April of

2002. I am only going to award prestige for the early

renewal when their memberships would normally expire

as stated for those that transferred to WW. I hope

this will get us out of the red.

Answer: Try to rebuild the lost prestige from

individual member’s prestige logs and recollection and

please list backdated prestige in reports as well.

Your best bet is to audit the entire chapter perhaps

2 a month until you get the records straightened out,

and make sure the members know to keep prestige logs

in the future. As long as you continue to report you

should return to the green shortly.

Also If you give me an email Ill send you the 7

reports I have for your chapter.

10) AR008 I don’t have Mike Roses cam number, I know

he has a WW # just out of contact right now, will get

it as soon as possible.

Answer: Put it in the report when you get a hold of

it. Membership services should have that info for you.

11) AR009 I attempted to donate blood for the National

Blood drive but was turned down. I all told this does

not qualify as to the standard for the National. I

have discussed part of the problem of small towns who

do not have Blood centers with Roberta Broussard and

national level and leaving it at that.

Answer: Since I know where you are coming from and can

only donate drinks or something, I’d like to see you

get some sort of recognition for making the attempt.

If you intend to pursue trying to get at least some

prestige for trying, let me know and I will send said

recommendations to national for you.

What is status of Roy Cabaniss’ MC11 Audit?

Answer: You’ll have to contact Chris Edwards

pirate@neo.tamu.edu to find this information out.

Some people have donated blood with the national

program. I have only

received confirmation from national for one person.

Answer: Check this link out for the list of names.

http://www.camstuff.org/npr/bdapp.htm

Is there any time when we can expect to get membership

cards? I know

that WW took bids from printers but that was 3 months

ago.

Answer: I know they gave people cards at ICC, but I

have no answer on

that. You will have to ask member services.

MemberServices@white-wolf.com

Along those lines, what notification is given to those

members who mail

their membership applications in? snail mail…email?

Answer: Ask member services on that.

Tom Burnett who was a member before White Wolf took

control, did not

have internet access and was unable to update his

membership to White

Wolf organization. Is it possible to do so?

Answer: I think they are charging the membership fee

now for that, but

it wouldn’t hurt to ask for an exception to it to the

folks at (You

guessed it) member services. Sorry I can’t give you a

more inclusive

answer than that, but they are the people who have the

answers to all

of those questions; my hands are tied.

12) LA004 We’re involved with local canned good

collections, and have been doing quite well with that.

We seem to be averaging about 20 cans per month.

[Currently, we’re searching for a more involved

project to try to get more of the members involved in

helping the community.]

Answer: You might trying doing work at an animal

shelter, homeless

shelter, retirement homes, school, big brothers, or

any of a number of

ideas.

13) TX051 I have a member who donated a lot, and I do

mean a lot of things to the clothing drive for one of

our local apt complexes that burnt down here,

somewhere around 270 prestige points total. The cap

for community service ends at 50, what do I do with

the rest? Can I carry it over for a few months until

it’s all tapped out? She handed over lots of stuff,

all my members did, and I don’t want to see them get

screwed because all I can give is 50 points.

Answer: You can recommend they receive exceptional

prestige, but that is highly discouraged by national.

My suggestion would be if it was donated in several

donations to put it in different months if you can.

If that isn’t possible, you could give them a prestige

grant for the award if it is below MC6 (You can grant

up to MC4 as a CC although it is generally

discouraged, but this case could be a legitimate

exception to that rule).

14) TX051 Another big question: when are we gonna hear

about the 25 national prestige for the blood donation?

Answer: It’s been posted on the coordinator list.

Here’s the link with

the member’s who were awarded prestige:

http://www.camstuff.org/npr/bdapp.htm

15) AR007 Umm, unless God would like to open up the

heavens and make all my problems go away, and sure

grant me MC 50 just because. No, I have no questions,

just tons of depressing work.

Answer: God doesn’t have a WW# that I’m aware of, but

if he did, I’m certain that he could grant you MC 50.

Hope things pick up for you!

16) TX053 On Josh’s ARST Influences while Brad was

RST; send an e-mail

to me on what months he held the position; there

aren’t reports for a number of months, and I’ll have

to confirm his award.

17) LA001 Where and to whom do I turn in the blood

donation records for

the national drive?

Answer: http://www.camstuff.org/npr go to that link

and fill out the

submission form or send an email to

blooddrive@yahoogroups.com

containing the requested tracking information.

18) TX049 Brack Wilkerson transferred INTO the chapter

from Chapter V in Houston, TX.

Answer: You might want to talk to the CC of Chapter V

and let them know

about that.

19) Mike Calloway donated blood as part of the

National Blood drive.

Who approves the 25 pts National for this?

Answer: The members who were awarded this prestige can

be found at the

following link: http://www.camstuff.org/npr/bdapp.htm

20) TX045 If there is any way possible for these

pending members to attain their White Wolf number

without having to do it via internet; otherwise they

will be pending. Sean Barrett and Jacob Monroe

aquired their number during the “free” period, but no

number has been found for them. William Carter is a

brand new member. Shaunda Pollard and Cole Fox have

gotten back into the rhythem of Cam after a period of

estrangement from it. I have been asked to keep them

off the report… but, it is no fault of their own as

to why they do not have numbers.

Answer: Contact member services on all of these

questions. There

e-mail is MemberServices@white-wolf.com

21) TX 018 I cannot seem to get on the SCReports list.

I have applied

three times now and I get NO response at all.

Answer: Roberta e-mailed the list to ask you to be

added; CC myself till you see posts from the list.

22) LA002 Carl Hanson (US2002034248) and Laura Hanson

(US2002034468)

donated blood during the National Blood drive. Has

their National

prestige been awarded and if so, where can I find it?

Answer: The members who were awarded this prestige can

be found at the

following link: http://www.camstuff.org/npr/bdapp.htm

23) Edited

24) Edited

25) Edited

26) AR010 How long should we expect it to take to get

back the prestige

recommendations for ICC? Will this count over the

100/month cap?

Answer: Look for a post over the coordinator list.

There is no 100 cap; there is only a category cap for

each category; any member who earns more than 100 a

month is reviewed by the regional level but they don’t

lose the prestige. It is simply a check to make sure

that CC/DC’s aren’t over awarding.

27) AR010 I was curious as to the status of Logan

Boatfield’s audit.

In the regional report it was stated that it would be

completed in about three days. That’s been a little

while ago, and I haven’t heard

anything back on it.

Answer: Contact the ARC Prestige Chris Edwards for the

answer to that

question.

28) AR010 We have a player, Matt Nethery, who has been

pending for 3 or

4 months and now he has become very active and has

even taken up an

ACST position. I was recently informed that apparently

his payment was not registered on the website when he

paid for his membership using Logan Boatfield’s

computer. At the time (July, I believe) Logan was

still Assistant Master Coordinator of Internal

Affairs, and witnesses Matt’s attempt. He has now

repaid the $20 fee while at ICC. We witnessed the

payment this time as well. I do not have his # from

him yet for my records, but I will have it soon. In

the meantime, I intend to continue to allow him to

claim the prestige he has earned to this date since he

did make the attempt and it was not his fault. If I

am wrong in doing so, someone please tell me now so I

can adjust my records.

Answer: Contact member services; claim him until he

gets a number, and

ask them to either give him another year membership or

a refund since

he paid twice. Their e-mail is

MemberServices@white-wolf.com

29) OK003 My e-mail messed up and I lost all the cam

numbers that I was

sent. (Sorry!) Please resend numbers for: Eric Kroier,

Jack Switzer,

David Watson, Ken Oswalt, Deana Covel, and Chris

Martire.

Answer: Contact the person that sent you that info and

have them resend

it.

30) OK003 The other chapters in Oklahoma are really

curious about their

chapter numbers. What do we need to do to get their

chapter numbers?

Answer: Current chapters are posted each month in the

regional report

and the national report with chapter #’s included; to

find out the

status of pending chapters you’ll have to contact Jim

Blaylock.

31) TX029 Leah Montgomery & Monty Montgomery are both

up for MC 8

Reviews. Ismael Gerena has also come up for MC 6

Review. I need a

point of contact at the Regional level for handling

these reviews as

they would normally be handled by Domain level staff.

Answer: The person you need to send those audits to

is Donna Molsbee

ARC Independent Chapters; her e-mail is

purevitae@yahoo.com

32) TX029 Improved communication concerning policy and

proceedure for

the organization. I currently have no up-to-date

reference source for

Regional contacts, policies, etc. The National level

contact information is extremely out-of-date (and

formatted incorrectly in certain areas) Regional

Statistics

Answer: Check the new website listed on the regional

report for

Regional links. For national contact info

http://www.elysiumgrounds.com/USNC/contacts.htm . If

that link is out of date, send the web admin an e-mail

and let them know. You can also check

http://www.geocities.com/cam_scr/ for information

about the officers for the SC Region.

33) Do we have an official release date for a new

version of the Tome?

Answer: I’ll ask over the coord list and find out.

Regional Prestige Awards

Information on Current Regional charity Drive-Look for

Awards in

Section VI of the Regional Reports and please send

reminders if a member got left off.

Howdy Ya’ll!

Want to earn Regional Prestige? Here is a chance to do

it and help your community too!

In most cities there are shelters that help people,

whether it is for a night or longer. These places

accept donations of small bottles of shampoo,

conditioner, lotion, little bars of soap, etc. The

ones that hotels and motels often put in the rooms for

their guests to use.

I know that a lot of you don’t ever use them, you

carry your own. But the folks in those shelters could

use them.

I want some one in each city to act as a collection

point, that person will be responsible for locating

one of these shelters to take the items to, keeping

records of the donation (who and how many items),

reporting the donations, and getting the donations to

the shelter.

For every item donated you (the member donating) will

receive 1 regional prestige, maxing at 10 per month.

Those acting as the local person running it will

receive an additional amount of prestige for every

report filed. (File through your DC)

Remember folks, these are the little travel/hotel size

bottles and bars.

Start date: Today 8/20/02

End date: undetermined

Prestige: 1 regional per item

Max per month: 10 regional

Solitary Chapters

NOTE THERE IS A CHANGE HERE IN THE PENALTY!

Reporting: Chapter reports

will be filed on by the 1st of the month. Domain

reports will be filed

by the 7th. ARC reports by the 10th. All Chapter and

Domain level

officers reporting on time will receive the standard

40 prestige in the

form of 38 open and 2 regional. Coordinators reporting

late will

receive a 2 prestige deduction for each day late up to

the 7th day after the report is due. Coordinators

reporting more then 7 days late forfeit their position

awarded prestige for the month. Chapter Coordinators

failing to report 3 months in a row will be removed

from their positions and restricted from any position,

which requires reporting for a minimum of 3 months.

The amount of time of this restriction may vary.

NOTE TO COORDINATORS-Report status goes to yellow

after two months of

non-reporting rather than three-that is a change at

the national level.

certain national

awards as well as the approval of Donna since she is

ARC Independents as Logan sent it to me without her

knowledge or approval so I sent it back to her desk).

Roy Cabanis for MC 11

Estimated Time until completion:

Logan: depends on Donna’s sayso.

Roy: about one week with best case of confirmations.

Other Comments/Projects:

The information requested for my prestige guidelines

for the regional website will be completed very soon.

I will also be updating the regional MC lists again

ARC Administration summary-Roberta Broussard

Problems: The white wolf lists were switched over so

some of the DC reports could have gone to national and

I didn’t see them. Still have a few CC’s needed to be

subbed. Julie Craig of TX023 needs to be subbed. Also

not sure where to put the new pending chapters from

Oklahoma (are they Indy or in a domain or part of a

new domain?). A lot of the CC’s don’t know which

regional officer does what. So it would probably be a

good idea to make sure that a description of each

position, names, e-mail get posted to the sc-coord and

sc-regional list and to the website to improve

communication. David Broussard is working on a roster

listing all the domains and chapters in the region

with their current members with WW#’s listed. I can

have him send the database to Kerry or Angela when

he’s done. Only thing that will be needed is data

entry of members from current reports with current

WW#’s.

I wish my

my job easier. I’ll miss working with the regional

Miscellaneous: Kerry is mirroring my report for

for consulting on information and stuff if need be. I

also helped with arbitrating the Houston election, so

if you want to give me some prestige for November if

you feel that is prestige worthy (I would have done it

I am trying to get an updated contact list of all the

CC’s of the Indie

Chapters.

I also sent out a questionaire for the CC’s, in order

to get a feel of

where each chapter is and what I can do to help out.

Chapter Report Summary:- I have answered CC concerns

in the following

section. Those that I could not answer are in Bold

type for Roberta.

Problems. Ravens Dive AR 008

1. OK, apparently the last CC never sent in a report,

and she can’t

produce any reports for me to look through, so i am

keeping only

prestige that was reported up to the last report,

which was April of

2002. I am only going to award prestige for the early

renewal when

their memberships would normally expire as stated for

those that

transferred to WW. I hope this will get us out of the

red.

2. I don’t have Mike Roses cam number, i know he has a

WW # just out of

contact right now, will get it as soon as possible.

1. We have a player, Matt Nethery, who has been

pending for 3 or 4

months, and now he has become very active and has even

taken up an ACST

position. I was recently informed that apparently his

payment was not

registered on the website when he paid for his

membership using Logan

Boatfield’s computer. At the time (July, I believe)

Logan was still

Assistant Master Coordinator of Internal Affairs, and

witnesses Matt’s

attempt. He has now repaid the $20 fee while at ICC.

We witnessed the

payment this time as well. I do not have his # from

him yet for my

records, but I will have it soon. In the meantime, I

intend to continue

to allow him to claim the prestige he has earned to

this date since he

did make the attempt and it was not his fault. If I am

wrong in doing

so, someone please tell me now so I can adjust my

records.

1. Leah Montgomery & Monty Montgomery are both up for

MC 8 Reviews.

Ismael Gerena has also come up for MC 6 Review. I need

a point of

contact at the Regional level for handling these

reviews as they would

normally be handled by Domain level staff.

Answer: Donna Molsbee- purevitae@yahoo.com and I have

Leah’s.

Suggestions/Comments: LeSA LA003

1. Edited

1. Improved communication concerning policy and

proceedure for the

organization. I currently have no up- to-date

reference source for

Regional contacts, policies, etc. The National level

contact

information is extremely out-of-date (and formatted

incorrectly in

certain areas).

Questions: AR-009 – Evil Weevils

1. What is status of Roy Cabaniss’ MC11 Audit?

Answer: I have sent it up to Chris Edwards for the

Regional portion of

the audit

2. Is there any time when we can expect to get

membership cards? I know

that WW took bids from printers

but that was 3 months ago.

Answer: WW started handing out membership cards at

ICC. Charles

Bailey said that they are still

working on getting those who could not

attend their

cards. (this is the best I can remember at the

time… if I am incorrect, I am sure

someone will

correct

me.)

3. Along those lines, what notification is given to

those members who

mail their membership applications

in? snail mail…email?

Answer: They are sent an email with the transfer

information and then

are manually entered into the system

4. Tom Burnett who was a member before White Wolf took

control, did not

have internet access and was

unable to update his membership to White Wolf

organization. Is

it possible to do so?

Answer: Tom will have to purchase a new membership to

continue. Had

this been addressed sooner than this point it could

have been handled

with a transfer, however the date for free transfer

passed in May.

TX-051

1. I have a member who donated a lot, and I do mean a

lot of things to

the clothing drive for one of our local apt complexes

that burnt down

here, somewhere around 270 prestige points total. The

cap for community

service ends at 50, what do I do with the rest? Can I

carry it over for

a few months until it’s all tapped out? She handed

over lots of

stuff, all my members did, and I don’t want to see

them get screwed

because all I can give is 50 points.

Answer: not sure will ask Roberta.

2. when are we gonna hear about the 25 national

prestige for the blood

donation?

Answer: not sure will ask

Nox Mortis LA-001

1. Where and to whom do I turn in the blood donation

records for the

national drive?

Answer: record them on your chapter report, and also

send a notice to

the National Charities person.

(just an assumption on notifying the

National charities

person. )

AR-010 Midnight Mandrake

1. How long should we expect it to take to get back

the prestige

recommendations for ICC?

Answer: sometimes gathering information from all the

Event teams takes

anywhere from 3-6 months.

But prestige reports could start

rolling in at any time.

(not an exact answer, but it’s the best

I have)

2. Will this count over the 100/month cap?

Answer: working at the con, yes- award for precon

service, no.

3. I was curious as to the status of Logan Boatfield’s

audit. In the

regional report it was stated that it would

be completed in about three days. That’s been a

little while ago,

and I haven’t heard anything back on it.

Answer: Due to the fact that James Potter or myself

never received

Logan’s prestige log for approval and he is in a

Solitary Chapter, Chris Edwards has sent it back to me

to look at and approve before he

continues his audit.

4. We were able to obtain membership cards at ICC,

but what those who were unable to attend?

Answer: Charles Bailey said that they are still

working on getting those who could not attend their

cards. (this is the best I can remember at the

time… if I am incorrect, I am sure someone will

correct me.)

Lost Colony OK-003

1. The other chapters in Oklahoma are really curious

about their

chapter numbers. What do we need to do to get their

chapter numbers?

OK0??- Totenheim

1. What is the status of our chapter?

Answer: I will look into it.

2. What is our number and validity? I have been

sending chapter

reports since July 2002.

Answer: I will look into this as well.

TX-029- Iron Orchid

2. Do we have an official release date for a new

version of the Tome?

Answer: Charles Bailey said the new version of the

Tome would be

released soon. Until then there is an

Updated version online.

that I am concerned about, but I believe that things

will be resolved

soon.

2.Waning Memberships: Numbers look good from what I

have seen.

3.Conflicts between Domains/Chapters: I have seen a

few conflicts

going on between Fort Smith and Little Rock/Conway,

but the

coordinators

are working to resolve them.

4.Misconducts: None that I have really seen.

5.Etc: none

Projects:

1.What events are going on I am currently looking

into Kelly’s goals, and will soon begin to talk to the

2.What you are doing to get the Domains/Chapters

active: The domains and chapters seem to be pretty

active right now, I have read the goals that Kelly

sent and I am going to begin looking into some ideas

and talking to the coordinators and getting some

suggestions.

3.Membership drives: Numbers in Little Rock and

good, I haven’t heard any desire expressed to have a

drive, we are

working to put together one in Jonesboro, and West

Memphis is slowly

getting new people occassionally, Fort Smith seems to

be doing okay

also, I have not spoken with Monticello or

Problems:

1.Trouble Spots: Well the new chapter of Fair Escape

in Tulsa had

a rocky start. There was a lot of miscommunication,

but eventually it

got cleared up. The chapter is now once again going

strong and for the

most part the members are happy.

2.Waning Memberships: I have seen a lot of new faces

in all the

chapter games I attended, and I feel the membership

#’s are increasing.

The only place I have not seen much growth is in

Stillwater.

looks A OK.

Misconducts: None to my knowledge.

Projects:

1.What events are going on: Not much that I have

seen, though I

have seen more soft RP sessions where people

socialize.

2.What you are doing to get the Domains/Chapters

active:

Everything is looking good and the chapters and

domains are quite

active. Of course the waning memberships in Stillwater

and the weather

are slowing things down, but I am seeing a lot of

support from the

surrounding chapters

3.Membership drives: though memberships are

increasing in

Oklahoma, I would still like to see a regional wide

recruitment drive.

I

never heard back from Jen Kuiper about the proposal I

put down a couple

of months ago, but perhaps we can do something anyway.

4.Charity:

a)a) The Forest of Not Bloody Likely OKC area:

We are currently helping the Ronald McDonald House by

saving pop tops, and helping out Second Chance Animal

shelter by either donating time or supplies. Later in

November, we’ll be hosting “Das Uber Cheese Con

Queso,” a troupe live action game designed to drum up

canned food for a local food pantry.

b)b) Totenheim OKC area: We are currently

holding a canned

food drive and are looking into doing a blood drive.

We also have some ideas about doing volunteer time in

local animal shelters or other charitable

organizations.

c)c) CC The Lost Colony (Ok003): Pop tabs for

Ronald

d)d) Fair Escape (Pending): Clothing and Can

food drive going to the Parish of Trinity Episcopal

Church to help feed and cloth the homeless. The 1st

ARC Events Report Heather Lewis

** NOTE: Heather, Brian, Jason and Liz worked multiple

hours at the

Scare table in the Vendors Room at ICC. You had said

that regional prestige could be awarded for these

hours. I have only recommended prestige for duties

performed, not the hours worked at ICC.

** Brian held a meeting at ICC. Most of the Team

Leads attended. We got to know each other, asked

questions and tossed around some ideas.

ARC Events: Heather Lewis

I helped organize the table at ICC. I helped arrange

for volunteers to

work at the table, where I worked for 8 hours.

I have been communicating with Sandra Elliott and

Kelly Devine regarding the regions bank account. I

believe that it might be necessary to get support and

advice from White Wolf in this matter. There is

almost $4000 in the account that needs to be

transferred.

** Hotel contract has it been re-signed? I have not

heard anything

about this.

Scare Director: Brian Misamore

Helped organize the table at ICC, worked 5 hours at

that event.

Has kept in contact with all Team Leads, answering

questions and

keeping everyone on track. Held a Meeting at ICC.

Arranged decorations ideas with Cat Williams; arranged

attendance of

guest IC DJ for event (and negotiated advertising on

RDA).

Design and Setup: Shane Wells

Shane was appointed at ICC, so he has not had time to

begin working yet. He attended the meeting at ICC.

Registration: John Hall/Twilight Alliance (Tulsa,OK)

No work has currently been completed. John just

announced that he will be having knee surgery in

February and will not be able to be the point of

contact for this Team. A new poc should be determined

soon.

Hospitality: Haleigh Watson

She is continuing to work on getting a map of all

nearby restaurants,

their costs, and hours of operations, along with

setting up a snack menu for the hospitality room.

Security: Melissa Alley

She is recruiting team members and has found 2

certified medics to work

at Scare. She is looking for radios for her team.

Storytellers: Logan Boatfield

RC>

Plot for Garou and Sabbat venues are completed. ARST

Josh Rexwinkle will be the Lead ST for the Cam/Anarch

venue (he was appointed right before ICC, so he hasnt

begun to work on the plot kit yet). Logan attended

the meeting at ICC. We discussed props and NPCS

during the games.

Entertainment: Kahrston Barkley

Kahrston has been recruiting members for his team. He

is looking into

a V:TES card tourney, as well as table top RPG event.

He is also looking into other activities for

Entertainment. He attended the meeting at ICC.

Publications: Stephen Shupee’

Stephen has been working with Jacob on logos and

flyers. Stephen created tons of flyers and a banner

for the table at ICC. He attended the meeting at ICC.

Dealers: Jenni Cross

Jenni has been doing a TON of work. She has been

negotiating with the

T-Shirt vendor, and were coming to an agreement (not

finalized yet should be ready soon) on how t-shirts

will be done at the event. This vendor is wanting us

to pay for the shirts in advance, but we (Brian and I)

feel that this is a part of his business and that we

should not have to pay him to do his job.

Jenni has already been talking with dealers and has

confirmed:

White Wolf Publishing

Red Feather Studios (Julie’s art)

Wyrd Wymen (Michele and Nan with costumes)

Lucas (T-shirts guy. Can’t remember company name)

Another guy with more specialized t-shirts

Dwayne Bandy, selling Chain mail

Marketing/Public Relations: Jacob Haldeman

10>

Jacob worked very hard on the flyer for Scare at ICC,

but was personally disappointed with it result. He is

also looking at redoing the SC Region logo, but is

having difficulties finding a design that he likes.

He is beginning on the website as well (waiting on

server issues to be resolved).

He attended the meeting at ICC.

Donations: Jason Lewis

Jason worked 8 hours at the table at ICC. He also

came up with the idea for the raffle, created the

signs for it, and designed bookmarks to hand out at

the table.

He also sent out info about the first ever region-wide

Penny War.

Details: each chapter raises money for Scare, takes a

picture of the pennies (or change), converts change

into money order/cashiers check, sends money to Brian

or Heather (exact person TBA). The chapter who raises

the most money before December 31st will earn a prize

(TBA). If every chapter in the region raises $20

Scare would recieve $500!

Materials: Liz Harvey

Liz is beginning to find all Regional items (props,

decorations) that

are spread around the region. She is also working

with Jason Lewis to see how their jobs overlap and how

they can work together. She worked at the table at IC

Prestige Corrections/Notations on Regional Awards for

Regional Charity

Drive

Prestige corrections from chapter/domain reports (In

Order received by

date to sc-reports). I am checking for overcap and

glaring math

errors; please check your math! Also check for people

who need to have audits sent up or transfers who

haven’t been taken off of records.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTE-IF YOU REPORTED ON TIME OR EARLY

YOUR AWARD IS 38

G and 2 R. THIS IS A BONUS FOR DOING A GOOD JOB; GIVE

YOURSELVES A PAT

ON THE BACK AND NOTE THE CHANGES FOR THE RECORDS.

TXD11

Brandon technically you are loaned MC 6 as you are

holding the DC

position; I know it is interim right now, so you don’t

have to claim it

unless you end up holding the DC position.

Please send the two chapter reports separately next

month; I almost

didn’t catch that they reported just listed in DC

report. Just cut and

paste it.

TX051

Under Mark Avila’s prestige it says he is pending 8

for an audit by

DST.

The DST doesn’t audit prestige; he/she can only

recommend prestige for

CST’s and ADST’s.

OK002

Under Shawn Haney’s prestige. Narrating is ST support

unless he is also an ACST. The number stays the same

(15 max a month) just a different category. Also he

can receive 25 general under publications for editing

a newsletter.

OKXXX Fair Escape

John Hall-honestly you should just put yourself down

as a narrator so

you can claim the 15 for ST support each month; 0

doesn’t seem fair at

all.

Dave Jindra the CST nor Jonathon Wilhelm the ACC

cannot receive 5

prestige for attending his chapter meeting; you can

give him prestige

for bringing sodas or helping organize a social

related to the meeting

though. ACST’s can get the prestige though for

chapter meetings oddly

enough.

Chris Flournoy over cap on Admin max is 50.

OKXXX Forest of Not Bloody Likely

Please don’t double space the whole report; just

double space between

Lori Sturdevant cannot receive chapter meeting

Phil Cooper can’t get meeting prestige because he is

Robert Sanders can’t get meeting prestige because he

Chris Batchelor is listed in LA003 as well. Which

chapter is he a

member of?

TX038

Jennifer Cross the Dealer’s room award for which event

if it was for a

regional event it’ll be 10 regional; otherwise, I’m

not sure.

Patrick Mason is over cap on providing lodging (max is

10; he is

Awarded 30; however, you could award him Cam Community

service if he fed them)

TX016

Haleigh Watson’s 10r for regional charity drive is

confirmed.

TX052

Just checking is the regional placed in this month

report for last

month’s charity drive donations or for this months?

Matthew Pika Roberts-I think education prestige for

National would be

awarded by Sandra Elliott. Her e-mail is

sandraelliott@mindspring.com.

LA001

David McFarland is awarded 10 additional admin for the

month of October

(Note this is to be put in the Admin category as CC

and is in addition

to the prestige listed for the month of October (so 50

capped out max).

TX049

For Heather Lewis’ ARC prestige look at regional

report for totals; she

received 30 Regional for September.

TX013

Check out the link for National blood drive prestige.

TX XXX Old Cadre

You can give BJ 5 perhaps 10 Admin for announcing

games; no need to send up for exceptional prestige for

it.

TX045

The ICC clean up prestige shouldn’t be reported yet;

wait until national posts the awards for ICC before

awarding it.

AR004

Go ahead and report Kristin Faulkner’s prestige as DC

as 20 not 18 for

September. Also award Kristin prestige for reporting

as CC for October

in lieu of her DC prestige.

LA002

Chad Ballay, Allen Green, Rachel Arretteig and George

Pitre can not receive meeting prestige because they

are ACC’s.

TX014

You might e-mail Kelly Devine as she has all the

copies of records to find out Eric Moore’s prestige

totals. He will probably need to be audited.

TXD13

See chapter report regarding BJ’s prestige for

announcements. Award as

Admin rather than exceptional (only regional can award

exceptional

chapter/domain can request it).

TX044

The only chapter officer that can receive prestige for

attending

Chapter meetings is the ACST; all other chapter

officers may not receive chapter meeting prestige as

it is part of their duties as a chapter

officer/assistant. Please make corrections.

TXD12

Note David Broussard is also Glass-walker List mod.
