Questions:
1) Ar003 Will Tommy Russell receive a MC 9
verification card?  What should he use for
verification until such is received? Thank you!

Answer: He should have received an e-mail from Chris
Edwards to verify his new MC level.  If he has not,
e-mail Chris to ask for the letter.
That letter (eventually the website) will be used to
verify his MC for games.  Normally this issue only
comes up for regional or higher games and there should
be plenty of notice to verify MC 9+ for those games.

2) Ar009, LA004 Look at the ARC Independent/Solitary
chapters report for answers to questions posed further
on in this report.

3) LA002 Carl Hanson and Laura Hanson(Just got married
her name used to be Dolsen) got married not to long
ago.  Any forms or paperwork to fill out on my end for
the records?

Answer:  Put the name change in the report and you
could contact member services to change the name or
simply change the name at the next renewal.

4) LA002 I can’t find the answer to a question posed
to me so if anyone has a clear and consice one shoot
it to me will ya?  At SCARE an MC level was granted.
It was mc 12 from what I can gather.  Can this be done
at the chapter level?  It would be to reward one of
our players (Lucas Paterson) who I can say deserves a
bit of a pat on the back.

Answer:  My interpretation of the MC grant is that a
CC may grant up through MC4, the DC through MC8, so on
and so forth. However the Member with the grant will
likely not proceed to the next MC until he has
actually earned the next required amount. That however
is my interpretation. I am passing it up the chain to
the NC and national council to answer.  The tome
states that “Membership Class reviews and approval for
MC 2 through 5 can be done by the member’s Chapter
Coordinator.”  Fairly vague in terminology, but it
implies to me that a CC has to have a prestige log to
work with at the very least.  I would think that an MC
grant would be given because a member had not had
prestige reported for some reason and was being given
credit for a corpus of unreported work.

5) LA002 Is there any plan to set up representative
democracy in this
region for selecting the Regional Staff in this
Region?

Answer: In the last selection of an RC in our region,
the CC’s and DC’s voted for their top three choices.
The top three people were interviewed by the NC and a
selection was made.  I believe that future regional
officers will be selected through a combination of
indirect representative democracy and interviews by
their supervising officer.
National can more correctly state the policy for
selection of regional and higher officers and whatever
revisions of that process will be included in the new
tome.

6)TX013 Mike Calloway should be at 7 CCP do we need to
do an audit?
Jessica Qualls is wanting an audit done for her 6 CCP
do we need to do
one?

Answer:  Depends on your DC, they can confirm the
award at 7 and 6
respectively or they may have an ADC Audits or
Prestige verify the
totals through a prestige audit.

7) TX016 Update on Clay Cross’ audit: Requested an
update on this last
response was dated 7/12 I know people are busy just
like to know
something is happening on national level.

Answer: Have you contacted Jim Blaylock personally?
He is usually quick to respond to personal e-mails.
Or are you seeking a grant from the NC and National
council?  E-mail the ARC Administration for exactly
what help you want from national on Clay’s audit.

8) ARXXX Chapter Number – We are still awaiting to get
our chapter code.

Answer: I’ll look into it and respond to you by the
21st with an update

9) ARXXX Member Number – I have sent several emails to
member services,
I’m not sure if Charles Bailey is not receiving my
emails of if there
is another problem, but we still have not gotten a
number on Lisa Ward.  I requested her number on May
10th which was the day the White-Wolf servers went
down, it was also the cut off for member with pending
numbers to receive new numbers.
If you need more information on the matter please feel
free to contact me @ faerywings@cox-internet.com

Answer: Are you on the Cam coordinator list?  Post the
same question there, I’ve seen the responses occur
faster over that list perhaps there is a problem with
their website.  If you aren’t e-mail the same question
to ARC Administration Roberta P. Broussard at
spooky@broussard-sa.net and she’ll forward your
question to the list.

10) ARD02 The new Bono Chapter, Draconis Nocturnus
still does not have
a chapter code.  I have e-mailed James Potter and have
received no response.  Who do I need to contact about
this?

Answer: I’ll look into it and respond to you by the
21st with an update

11) ARD02 Lisa Ward, a member of Draconis Nocturnus
still does not have
her number, she has been pending for over a year now.
I have talked to
the Chapter Coordinator, and they explained to me a
mishap that had
occurred.  Attempts have been made to correct this
problem, and no
response has been sent.  Can someone please let me
know who I need to
talk to about this?

Answer: Post on the cam coordinator list; you’ll get a
response from
someone.  If you don’t get something within a week of
posting, e-mail
the ARC Administration and she’ll try to get a
response for you.

Part IV
Solitary Members
Regional MC 9+ Listing
MC Reviews Completed/In Progress

Note to Coordinators: All Independent Chapter Audits
(including the
CC’s from MC 1-14) 6-14 go to James Potter ARC
Independent Chapters/Arbitration.  If an Indy member
is being audited for MC 9-14, they go to James and
then Chris Edwards.  All DC audits and MC 9-14 audits
that are not from Independent Chapters go straight to
Chris Edwards; also any requests for MC grant go to
Chris Edwards (Unless from Indy chapter in which case
they go to James and then Chris).

Part V
ARC Administration summary-Roberta P. Broussard

Reporting is up, but we still need to get all the CC’s
on to sc-reports.
DC’s please forward reports from your domain that
aren’t on sc-reports.
Solitary CC’s please forward your reports to the list
as well as to
James Potter, ARC Indy/Solitary Chapters.  Still have
no information on a few chapters AR010 Midnight
Mandrake, TX050 Hearts of Darkness, TX055
Killeen Fields and because I have no information, I
cannot contact them to have them added to the report
list. Looks to me like some of the C’s are not going
over the regional report to make changes.  Going
through reports is time consuming and takes
approximately 40 hours over a period of about 3 days
so the reports are on time.  Would like to know status
of the national reporting database because my eyes
will fall out if I have to manually go over 40+
reports 3 times.  If there is no national database, I
will be putting a team in place to creating one for
the sc region, it will same time for all coordinators
concerned although the initial project would take 80
people hours from an estimate I was given by a
professional in the web-based programming field.
Nearly have all information updated.  Have not had
current information on Regional ST staff since at
least March 2002.  Would like to have their
information current and their prestige reported for
April, May, June, July otherwise if they go up for a
9+ audit they will lose prestige that wasn’t reported.
Reminder to all DC’s and ARC Indy/Solitary
Chapters-It is your prerogative to change the awards
to fit your own reporting system, but I would like to
institute a streamlined policy to ensure fairness
across the region.  As follows-Early or On time 38 g,
2 r, Late (dock 1 point per day up to 5 total; late
past your report-whatever you feel is fair), No report
0 prestige, but please give those who report on time
or early their 2 r, it’s regional’s way of giving them
a pat on the back.
Note that CC’s and DC’s can get up to 50, so if you
feel a person deserves 45 or 50 then award them (43 g,
2 r or 48 g, 2 r).  DC’s if you feel you have gone
beyond the call of duty please recommend yourself for
a higher award and I will take it into consideration
for the extra 5 to 10 prestige.  Example of 45
award-ran 4 domain games, 1 charity event, 1 social
event, reported on time or early; 50 award-ran
4+domain games (or a large/multi-domain event that
month), 2 charity events, 2 social event, reported on
time or early.  Pass this information on to other
*C’s.

Candi Cabaniss-AR003 Evil Weevils questions &
comments:None of our new members have received their
membership cards after 11 months applied.
Considering that this has been now 5 months after
White Wolf took control of the Camarilla.  Has there
been any word on when cards, member packets, chapter
packets if any will be sent out?

Answer: Please contact Charles Bailey at
charlesb@white-wolf.com for membership issues.

Q: Our chapter has not received our new chapter
packet.
Answer: I will look into this. I hope to have an
answer for you within
30 days.

Q: 3 members Deedee Arafin, Sayeed Mehmood, and Tom
Burnett may not have updated there Cam numbers with
White-Wolf.  What is the status?  Are they dropped
from rolls or can they be updated or what?  I am
looking into this with the members as to their correct
number but have not heard feedback from them yet.
Answer: Deedee Arafin, Sayeed Mehmood, Tom Burnett –
no number
Registered

Q: Anti-Terrorism blood drive.  Many members donated
after this with the understanding that they would
receive national prestige until told otherwise.  The
only listing I have seen of this was for the first
month. Are there any more? Continuing with my
predecessor I will keep people listed as having
National prestige for their donations that they have
given while Roy and Josh were CC until I receive word
one way or another.
Answer: At this time the only official National awards
were for the month of September. While personally I
applaud members for continuing to donate, I cannot
award additional Regional/National prestige for these
efforts.

Q: Roy Cabaniss is ready for his MC10 audit.  I
haven’t seen any listing for ARC Prestige as of yet.
Who do I need to send this?
Answer: The ARC Prestige is Chris Edwards. But the
correct way for
Independent/Solitary chapters to resolve MC approval
issues is for the ICC to present the audit to the ARC
Independent/Solitary Chapters. From
there the ARC Independent/Solitary Chapters will then
present the audit to the ARC Prestige.

Q:I am concerned about new member training without
Member Packets.  I understand that the Tome is being
rewritten, however, that does me little good at this
moment.  I can direct members to the site with the old
Tome, but with it being updated daily, such as the
change in prestige, I am reluctant to do so.  Are
there any suggestions?
Answer: At this time I have no suggestions. Please
refer to the NPO’s last version of the Tome until the
Camarilla ™ publishes it’s version of this
document.

Q:I have not heard from the ARC James Potter, this is
unusual as I know
from personal experience he is usually prompt.  I need
feedback as to
what my responsibilities are.
Answer: I apologize. I have been reorganizing the way
that the
Independent chapters will be working. This month I
have hired Donna
Moslbee to be my Assistant in collating data from the
independent
chapters. I am hoping this will streamline our
processes. My best
answer as to your responsibilities would be to refer
back to the NPO’s version of the Tome. I do not
believe the responsibilities of the CC have changed
any. If you need to get a hold of me please contact me
at
James_Get@hotmail.com

Q:Roy Cabaniss has not been able to unsub from
SC-Coord list, he has not been a Coordinator for some
time.
Answer: This is an ongoing issue with SC-Coord we are
working on
resolving this currently.

Q:I have not been able to subscribe to the SC-Coord
list.  I have sent
emails to Michael Teegarden about this, I’m told he is
the list mod.  I
have had no response.  What is correct contact and
email?
Answer: This is an ongoing issue with SC-Coord we are
working on
resolving this currently Speaking of change in
prestige,  I need that
site listed again. Some members are bothered by the
announcement
regarding regional approval.  The letter could have
been better phrased
by the Committee (or whatever they are called now, as
I understand it
is not a BOD at the moment).  It does very little to
alleviate feelings of Old Boy Network and elitism
which hamper this organization.
Answer: I agree that it could have been handled more
diplomatically,
But their statement is actually the policy that has
been in place since the implementation of the MC Audit
procedure. The reason for the letter was to make sure
that the membership was duly informed of the
procedure.

Ken Oswalt and Phil Cooper. Hoyt and Phil are tranfers

Angela Rexwinkle does not have prestige records in
recent reports. Ken
is a transfer from independent status.  Also Tony
Miller, as an
independant member may have been awarded prestige by
OK003.  Any help
you can offer would be appreciated.
Answer: Please contact Chris Edwards – ARC Prestige
for these issues.

Q:Ben, our beloved CC, isn’t exactly sure how he gets
prestige.
Umm….can you explain how it works for CC’s?  Or
direct us to
someone/thing that can?  Thanks.
Answer: This is very simple. ICC’s make their report
on the 1st of each
month. They approve/disapprove any prestige for their
chapter. The ARC
Independent/Solitary Chapters then reads the report
and then makes
recommendations to the RC for the ICC’s  The prestige
is awarded by the
RC.

Q:Is there any way to obtain a hardcopy of the Tome?
Where can I find

month.  I am unsure of LA-002 or 004, I do not know
what the membership was at in the past months.  LA-001
for what I understand is holding
their own.
3. Conflicts between Domains/Chapters:
Other than the unoffical complaints voiced with in the
State of LA-003’s ST staff, I know of none this past
month

4. Misconducts: Suspension of Charles Batchlor in
LA-003, but no others in the state this month

5. Etc: none

Projects:
1. What events are going on: LaME is working on
getting off the ground.  It is undecided whether it
will get done this year.  But crossing my fingers to
see it done. ACC in LA-003 is talking about working it
all up for the beginning of September or so.  But
we’ll see, if we do get if off, I want to work with
the regional homeless charity idea and see what we can
come up with it, and I’ll cooridnate with the CC of
what ever chapter does this to find on in the area.
2. What you are doing to get the Domains/Chapters
active: I have not made deffinate plans at this time.
However, I will be talking with the other CC to work
out a way to get issues hanlded and see that things
are handled before they get out of hand.  This state
has a diffinate problem with that issue.
3. Membership drives: I am working with ACC of LA-003
to work up a flyer to send around the state to drum up
membership.  I even plan to go to other cities where
there is no cam presence and try to distribue.
4. Charity: Looking into the Regional Homeless Shelter
plan in our area and get others in the State to go
forth and look about. Ruston has a can good thing
going, and it seems to be doing alright. Maybe talking
to the rest of the state to get something set up
within the other cites.
5. Etc: Nothing going on…

Comments:
1. Your personal views:  Well, things seem quiet, I
guess that is a good thing?
2. Members’ views: I got a few words about being ARC,
Others in the state had no clue that the possition was
even open.  But the members who voiced their opinion
were directed to the open ones avaible and how to go
about applying for them.
3. What your state wants to see from the regional
level and see happen with the region: I know of none
at this time

Awards: None yet.

ARC Outreach Oklahoma–John Hall
Problems:
1.      Trouble Spots: OOOOKKKKKKKaaaayyyyyyyyy. Marlin
Pohlman,
apparently member # US2002045208 who use to be
9908202. (These are
things I was told and have no proof) Marlin use to be
the CC of either
OK-002 and from what I am told caused a whole lot of
problems with
members. While the chapter was new and members did not
know how the
camarilla worked he apparently threatened members with
non-physical
ramifications if they did not do what he wanted them
to do IC.
Apparently this went on for several months, the second
chapter OK-004
was formed to get away from him, however this was not
the only
incident.
The Stillwater chapter had their own conflicts with
Marlin, the threats
were also thrown there and Heather Lewis worked with
Jackson Roberts to
have him removed from the camarilla. I recently spoke
with Heather and
she said that she had given all the info to Eric
Brummel. I have contacted Eric along with member
services but I have heard nothing back from either as
of yet.  These incidents happened about 2 years ago
and harsh feelings are still out there. I have talked
to some members that stated they would quit playing if
he came back. Honestly he is a treat to member
population if any thing else. Though normally I
wouldn’t judge anyone on what people say I have to
admit that when 10+ people tell you the same story at
different times and places I would tend to believe
them. The CC Crystal Remy and CST Melissa Miller have
issued their concerns if he is allowed back into the
camarilla, they were the brunt of some of his attacks.
And I informed them that as CC  she can refuse him
into the chapter for the above stated reasons
according to the tome, and as CST she can refuse him
admittance to the game for cheating. They are waiting
on more information from me on this, for they know I
am looking into it.  Any advice the Staff has would be
appreciated. This is a hot issue in Tulsa  and I would
like as much guidance as possible.

2.      Waning Memberships: Last month I saw wanning
memberships in
Stillwater, not I have seen at least 5 new faces, I
don’t know if they
have numbers yet but it is looking up. As for Tulsa
and the OKC area
the member # are increasing. I hope to have actual
numbers in my next
report..
3.      Conflicts between Domains/Chapters: Everything
looks A OK.
4.      Misconducts: None that I have seen or have been
reported.
5.      Etc: none

Projects:
1.      What events are going on: Eric Brummel has been
working with a
group in Stillwater that helps with kids-at-risk
between the ages of 8
and 14. and he is asking for Sports equipment
donations.
2.      What you are doing to get the Domains/Chapters
active: I sent
out a couple of e-mails looking to see what people
wanted to see happen
in the Camarilla organization, however no one has
replied, so either
they like it or they aren’t saying anything.
3.      Membership drives: As above there are a fair number
of new
members all over the state. Word of mouth is catching
on. However I
want to pose a question. Back in the day Jackson
Roberts had a thing going that if you recruited 10
members you got 10 regional extra prestige.
He also gave out 5 regional for most recruits in a
domain, and 15 Regional bonus for most recruits in a
month for region. I would like to know if this is
still in effect, cuz if it is I think that would help
push recruitment.
4.      Charity: see above, I haven’t seen anything on the
lists for OKC
or Norman, so if they are having any drives or such
then I don’t know
about it.
5.      Etc: I have set up a list for the coordinators of
Oklahoma, I
haven’t got them all on yet but I hope it will help
with the chapter
communication.

Comments:
1.      Your personal views:  Everything seems to be going
good, except
for information on Marlin Pohlman I am hoping to hear
back from Eric
and Member services soon. Please let me know if I
should give him the
chapter contact info or not.
2.      Members’ views: None have replied to my inquiries.
3.      What your state wants to see from the regional
level and see
happen with the region: None have replied to my
inquiries.

Awards: I haven’t seen any outgoing members this
month, but I didn’t
see
the last report so I don’t know if Crystal Remy
received any prestige
from my suggestion last month. Please let me know so I
will know if I
get to surprise her or not.

Please let me know if you have any comments questions
or concerns.
ARC Web/Communications-Angela Rexwinkle

This month I just got started.  I’ve become the
listmod for the SC-RC, SC-Reports, and SC-Region
lists. There has been some questions about the SC-Cord
list, but Michael is the listmod.

I’ve updated the regional contacts on the website, and
started working on the huge task of local contacts.  I
have completed the design and layout of the new
website, and I’m gathering graphics for the site.  The
new website will be frames, with no flash- to be
accessable by all users (IE, Netscape- and those weird
Linux users). Here’s the organization so far. The *
areas are most important, and the others may not be
updated for a few months:

contacts including local and regional contact info
coordinators reporting, past reports, national
prestige links
storytellers app info, possibly password protected
plot-site
sanctuary as is on former site
ic *
a message board kind of thing so that people can
post stuff from their local games, or storytellers
can post “air force base attacked during the night
in OKC”- so that we can have more of a world-wide
view on the game.
events*
Info about ICC and SCaRE, as well as local game
listings
links
Everything Camarilla related beyond outside
domains and chapters
photos *
I’d like to have all the regional and icc photos
in one place, easy to access. It’s fun to go
through these.
new members *
It would contain things like the COC, new chapter
application, how to gain prestige, some possible
mentors listed around the region to help out new
members, character help, explaining larp, and so on..

I’m waiting until my days off so I can work on the
site. If there are any suggestions, please contact me.

Estimated time to completion: Within the week.

Separate notes as RC:
Have allowed independent member Sandra Elliott
US2002021936 to go straight through me for audit due
to personal reasons.
Approved through Regional level to MC11. Going up for
MC12 Audit at National level.

Put under Part VI

A) Concerns/Problems of Note

B) Prestige Corrections

Prestige corrections from chapter/domain reports (In
Order received by date to sc-reports or
spooky@broussard-sa.net).  I am checking for over cap
and glaring math errors; please check your math!  As
well as people who need to have audits sent up or
transfers who haven’t been taken off of records.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTE-IF YOU REPORTED ON TIME OR EARLY
YOUR AWARD IS 38G and 2R.  THIS IS A BONUS FOR DOING A
GOOD JOB; GIVE YOURSELVES A PAT ON
THE BACK AND NOTE THE CHANGES FOR THE RECORDS.

TX054 Domus Quietum

Under Tricia Pevey’s prestige listing she was awarded
25 prestige for donating items to chapter under
Organizational Support (that category should be
Camarilla Sponsored Community services).  She was
capped out at 50 for the month in Camarilla Sponsored
Community services.  If she donated items for a
chapter social or that were helping with PR or
Publications in the chapter, you can apply the
prestige there.
Otherwise it would be exceptional prestige, which you
could send up for.
It would have to be a very needed donation for that
item to be approved as it is for donation prestige.

Same thing with Vance Spears, he had 20 for items
under Org services and a maxed Community cap of 50.

AR007 Kings and Pawns

Please list each item a person was awarded prestige
for under their prestige listing by category and
individual item in addition to the general
(old+new=total), regional (old+new+total), national
(old+new=total), monthly (old+new=total).
EX: Joe Cammie Organizational Service–Maintain Game
Site 5, Chapter meeting 5= 10 total prestige

AR003 Crimson

Sarah go ahead and put down your National Coordinator
Recognition award down as Exceptional Service and put
down the period of time it was earned for that way you
can know that for your records should you have to have
it checked for an audit at 9 or higher.

David Johnson and Tommy Russell for SCARE prestige
have them contact the RC with what other work he did
for SCARE so that she can award the prestige for it.

OK002 Twilight Theater

Under Crystal Remy’s prestige go ahead put the 10 for
Exceptional
Service under admin as you weren’t maxed for the month
since the work was for the chapter and the category
cap is 50.

AR009 Evil Weevils

Under Roy Cabaniss I’d approve his news submission as
it is for publications; he should get credit for
writing publications items.

TX052 Decadent Deviants

Under Ginger Gish give her 5 Admin rather 5 for
Chapter meetings as she cannot receive meeting
prestige but attending chapter meetings are considered
part of admin duties for CC’s, CST’s, and ACC’s
(ACST’s can still get the prestige for the chapter
meetings).

Same for Heather Harrelson you can add her 5 for
chapter meetings to admin or give her credit for
supplying food/drink for the meeting as part of a
social attached to the meeting (small social) as she
also has her regional position to add to her monthly
total.

TX003 Casa de los Waffles

David is no longer holding a regional position; his
current positions are CST and List mod for d-houston.
Check his audit for his current totals as I believe
they are off.  Also, until their audits are approved
by regional; they should be listed as MC 10 (Pending
11).

Roberta holds the following positions-ARC
administration, Glass-walker list mod, and ACC.  Her
totals are off, please check her MC 11 Audit
for totals as of end of June; will send you July
totals after the reports are posted from regional and
national.  She should be listed as MC 10 (Pending
11/12 audit).

Judy Craft should be listed MC 8 (pending 9); also the
20 prestige for sites for meetings, cleanup should be
listed under Organizational rather than
administrative.

Shai Mohammed listed with 55 Admin (cap is 50)

Jean Norris 5 for sites for meetings, cleanup;
transport 5 members to 3 games should be listed under
Organizational Support rather than Admin.

Scott Taggart is MC 4 with 651 as the total as of his
transfer.  He was not a member during the grace
period, can you send something to member services
asking if he can still go up for the free membership
since he was unaware of it.  He has attending two
chapter meetings thus far.

Michael Teegarden’s prestige for list mod should be
under a combination of national/general or regional/
general for the lists as they are either regional or
national.

TX018 Garden of Thorns

Is Sandy Calhoun still a member of Garden?  I thought
she lived in
Austin.

Has Laura Cowan’s audit been sent up to regional?

Wes Satterlee list that he wasn’t CST when attending
the chapter meetings or award him 10 for Admin
service.

Rebecca Simpson is no longer ARC Events-please change
her prestige to open for her other positions held; her
last month was April 2002.
Also, has her audit been sent to regional level yet?

TX013 Sable Rose

Mike Calloway has enough prestige for 8 CCPS and is 4
shy for sending up for MC 9; please change is MC level
to 8.

Is Joey Fischer still a San Antonio member?

TX016 Nocturnal Illuminatis

For Rebekah and Tony Wolf contact DC Judy Craft of
Buried Hatchets or their former CC Jennifer
Horton-Morgan for their prestige totals.

TX025 Rabid Roach

I know there is no CC but if the chapter doesn’t want
horribly out of date prestige they should report
monthly prestige for more than one person.

ARD03 Triumvirate of One

Steven Hugo’s prestige Other Services (30 max):(10)
Brought Drinks for domain function should be listed
under Organizational Services for 10
Assisting with large (domain) social or under
Camarilla Sponsored
Community Service 10 for donating requested materials
for Camarilla Use
(Drinks for game) if it was for a domain game.

TX002 Domus Sangreal

Lee Wilson cannot receive chapter meeting prestige as
he is the CST.

Rebekah and Tony Wolf have transferred to TX016
Nocturnal Illuminatis in San Antonio; please forward
their records to CC Patrick Chandler (By DC or CC).

ARXXX  Draconis Nocturnus

Don’t know if you are aware but there is a national
blood drive going on this month; there is a post on
the cam coordinator listing regarding it.
All of your people who donated blood should be listed
and noted for that as they can get awarded national
rather than general for donating blood for that drive.

The only chapter officers who can receive chapter
meeting prestige for attending meetings are ACST’s all
other officers cannot receive meeting prestige
(although you may award additional admin for attending
meetings not to exceed the 50 cap for administration
or you can give them prestige for donating food/drinks
to meetings as part of an after
chapter social).  Please change records accordingly.

TXD12

David Broussard is no longer a regional officer April
was the last month he held his regional positions.

David Morgan needs his MC 11 Audit sent up.

TXD03

Howard Teal is ACC and Chris Zaben is CC and the
report was received over sc-reports.
