My name is Marty Moore and I am the Vendors Lead for SCaRE 2009! The Convention will be held in New Orleans, LA and is set for April 16-19^th, 2009. I invite you to sign up for a spot in our comfortable vendor’s room and show your wares to an excited audience. While the following information is in the vendor packet, it is rather important and worth noting again.  To be guaranteed a space in the vendor’s room you must both register AND pay for your table.  You register at Http://Camarilla.white-wolf.com/conventions/vendors/.  When I approve your registration a link will be sent to you via an e-mail from the White Wolf system to pay for your table.  If you have any questions, please consult your vendor’s packet or contact me directly.
