This is an All-Call for members with skill and experience in plotkit development. I am looking for someone who can work with the Venue Specific Regional Staff on creating plotkit documents. These will be for both 1-Shot Recruitment plotkits, as well as plotkit development for the sanctioned chronicle.

We have many skilled storytellers in our region, but being able to take those stories and put them into the Plotkit form that can then be shared with others is a specialized and different skill set. I know we have a lot of great writers and 1-Shot Convention Storytellers in our Region (even for non-WW Larps) and I’d like to urge you to share your talents with our region and possibly beyond. I can not stress how important this position is. With great plotkits we will give our Domains a crucial tool in running recruitment larps and we all know that those are our lifeblood.

Regional Plotkit Specialist Duties:

1. File a monthly report to me by the 10th of each month

2. Work with Venue Specific Regional Staff to create Plotkit Documents

3. Maintain regular contact with the ARST Admin about Plotkit progress

4. Assist with Education Seminars on the Development and Running of Plotkits

4. Respond to all email contacts in a timely manner

5. Maintain a positive professional attitude at all times while working with Camarilla members

6. Assist with other Regional Document Products as needed

Requirements

– Excellent time management, communication, proofreading, and editing skills

– Good working knowledge of Office Software and Google Docs/Drive

– Experience working on plot-kit documents for the MES or non-MES Larps

If you are interested in applying for this position, applications are due by Wednesday July 16, 2014. Applications should be emailed to odensky@gmail.com and include the following information:

– Identification: Name, Membership Number

– Contact Information: Email, Phone Number
